He Does This Sometimes

Sometimes, when I pat Zoro, he sticks his tongue out and leaves it hanging. The first time it happened, I freaked out. I even went so far as to poke and pull at his tongue, but he wouldn’t retract it. After I convinced myself that he wasn’t having a stroke, I found it funny. He did it again last night, and obligingly left it protruding while I ran to find the camera.
